- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing sales staff inventory and daily operations
- Maintain stock control and perform regular reconciliations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store customer experiences
- Contribute to digital processes and content development for company products
Requirements:
- NQF 5 Diploma
- Minimum 3 years retail experience including supervisory responsibilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
