Does this work interest you
Resolve incidents according to company/corporate policy:
- Provisioning/Deprovisioning user accounts across multiple applications
- Install move add or change new hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Comprehensive note-taking and time tracking in incidents
- Escalation of tasks as needed
Coordinate with corporate IT on high-level issues
Complete project task work
Provide telecom diagnosis and support
Support maintenance tasks:
- Software installation and updates
- Hardware lifecycle/purchasing and decommissioning
- User accounts and permissions across multiple applications
- Cell phone rollouts
- Disaster Recovery Testing
If this sounds like you we want to connect!
- 1-2 years experience working IT help desk Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-motivated and eager to excel in your work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Server OS Active Directory Microsoft Windows (10 11) Microsoft Office 365 and Apple iOS
- Ability to troubleshoot basic computer hardware
- Experience with basic networking (routing switching TCP/IP DHCP DNS)
