HGV Technician Southampton Area

Family-Run Independent Workshop MondayFriday Only

Were working with a well-established family-run independent business in the Southampton area who are looking to add an experienced HGV Technician to their friendly and close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a stable supportive working environment sensible hours and a workshop where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

The Role:

Inspection servicing and maintenance of HGVs
MOT preparation and general repairs
Working on air brake systems suspension and associated components
Mostly HGV work with minimal LCV involvement
Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship

What Were Looking For:

Proven HGV Technician experience (essential)
Confident carrying out inspections servicing and repairs independently
Reliable team-focused and takes pride in their work
Positive attitude youll be joining a friendly supportive team

Whats on Offer:

Salary from 18 per hour (depending on experience)
40-hour working week
Monday to Friday 7:00am 4:00pm
Overtime paid at time and a half (weekdays only)
No Saturday working
20 days holiday bank holidays
On-site parking
A relaxed respectful workplace with a genuine family-business feel
