We are looking for a hardworking and energised trainee to support our Branded Channel Retail Team in Italy.

Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO Office in Milan and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.
Core Responsibilities
Joining the Branded Channel Retail team as Trade Marketing Trainee you will support the development and execution of in-park retail marketing initiatives across Merlin Entertainments destinations in Western Europe. Your core responsibilities will include:
Supporting the localization and adaptation of global trade marketing assets (POS materials in-store visuals promotions) to ensure relevance for local parks audiences and seasonal moments.
Assisting in the planning and execution of retail marketing activations within theme parks and attractions aimed at increasing footfall conversion and average spend among families and children.
Collaborating with Retail Operations and Park teams to ensure marketing initiatives are implemented accurately and on time across stores in line with brand and operational guidelines.
Monitoring and tracking campaign and promotion performance supporting post-activation analysis and AfterAction Reviews to identify learnings and best practices.
Supporting insight gathering on shopper behavior and in-park retail trends leveraging available sales data observations and benchmarks from other parks and regions.
Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders including Brand Marketing Sales Visual Merchandising and regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reporting materials for internal stakeholders helping communicate results insights and recommendations clearly

The Branded Channel trade marketing trainee will support the retail marketing function to execute the Legoland Parks marketing activations across multiple markets and locations.

Education inMarketing Business CommunicationEconomicsor similar fieldsis considered a plus but not
Passion for brands retail environments and consumer experiences is highly valued
Strong interest in Trade Marketing RetailMarketingand consumer/shopping behavior
Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals including promotions in-store activations and brand communication (academic or first hands-on experience)
Digital and media mindset with curiosity about how digital touchpoints and physical retail work together in an omnichannel context
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing Sales Retail Operations and external partners
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to structure information clearly and contribute to presentations and reporting
Analytical and structured approach comfortable working with data KPIs and post-activity reviews to support learning and improvement
Proactivehands-onand can-do attitude with a strong willingness to learn take ownership and support multiple projects simultaneously
Team-orientedmindsetwith good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
Proficient in Italian & English
