Job Summary

Who We Are Looking For

TheSafety Internwill be part of the ClearwaySafety teamand will report toSafetySenior Safetyteamisresponsible forimplementing safetyhealthand technical training programs within fleet operations with a focus on injury prevention regulatorycomplianceand operational excellence. The primary goal is to work with fleet Managers/Supervisors and site personnel to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations and Clearway Safety Management System policies and procedures.

This position is part of the 10-week Summer Internship Program at Clearway Energy Group beginning on June 1 2026.

We are looking for current juniors/rising seniorspursuing a bachelors degree insafety related fields to support in audits curriculumdevelopment and procedure reviews.

Throughout this summer internship programyoullget exposure to real projects and challenges while gaining first-hand professional experience. At Clearwayyoullgain access to an innovative and fast-paced work networking and learning events with your fellow intern cohort.

What Youll Be Doing

TheSafety Internwill primarilybe responsible for

  • EHS training development
  • Technical training development for WindSolar& BESS
  • MaintaindepartmentalSharePointsites.
  • Procedure reviews per regulatory documents
  • O&M Site support including but not limited to Up Tower Evaluations Audits Procedure creations
  • Answeringto theDirector of Safety

The Safety Intern will be assigned to an individual project and will present results to the team and leadership at the end of the internship on August 4th.

  • Experience inTraining& Safety such as CSP or ASP credentials
  • ProficiencyinSharePoint

  • A basic knowledge and understanding of mechanical electrical and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and as a team member
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal writtencommunicationand presentation skills.
  • Ability tomaintaina positive and professional working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the factors that influence human or experience with Human Performance Improvement preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Some experience in thedesignand delivery of technical and safety related training.
  • Experience & proficient computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office software.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location skills relevant and demonstrated experience education training and certifications and other factors permitted by law. This role is not eligible to earn an annual cash bonus subject to personal and company performance goals.
