Your Mission
We are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape with a strong focus on Workday.
This role sits at the intersection of HR systems process optimization data analysis and stakeholders coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs Talent Acquisition Engagement Learning & Development HR Operations) and you will work closely with HR IT Engineering Finance Legal and external partners.
The position requires a strong data-driven mindset a global view of HR tools and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex international environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead and owner of Workday ensuring it effectively supports business needs
- Continuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practices
- Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers managing collaboration and deliveries
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and reliability across all HR systems and integrations
- Perform HR data analysis and support reporting dashboards and decision-making
- Maintain an end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem and data flows
- Contribute to HR systems governance documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Explore and support the use of AI and automation in HR systems and people data
Your qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar position & in an international environment
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Self-management skills and autonomy
- Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
- You are organized results-driven and can prioritize in a changing environment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Workday is a plus
