The role Te mahi
We are seeking an Enterprise Digital Experience Architect to lead the design and continual improvement of the Universitys end-to-end digital experience across public web staff and student portals and key customer touchpoints.
In this key role you will:
Define the digital experience vision patterns and standards.
Work across strategy design and delivery to ensure outcomes are human-centred data-informed and aligned with enterprise platforms such as CRM/ERP/DXP and core University systems.
Lead solution architecture for complex initiatives provide architectural governance and advice and translate business needs into clear technical direction.
Working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders ensure solutions are aligned to standards roadmaps security and integration patterns and are fit-for-purpose for ongoing operation.
This role offers the opportunity to work in one of New Zealands largest enterprise IT environments tackling complex challenges and delivering meaningful impact.
Your skills and experience Kā Pūkeka Me Kā Wheako
Qualification in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Expertise in implementing scalable identity and data solutions
Proven ability to develop and enforce architectural standards
Familiarity with a range of frameworks and deep knowledge of identity technologies
While not required experience in higher education or a similarly complex environment would be highly advantageous
