Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech. Vishay UltraSource is currently seeking applicants for a Facility Technician in Hollis this position the Facility Technician is responsible for precious metal recovery from shielding and other sputtered materials and facility preventive maintenance tasks.

Job Location:

Hollis NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire an hour north of Boston MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 80 employees working between two shifts.

What you will be doing:

Precious metal recovery using sandblast cabinet and hand tools.
Maintain the sandblaster following the OEM inspections and maintenance tasks.
HEPA pre-filters and other filter replacements.
Maintain all facility areas Sandblasting DI water and hazardous waste treatment area.
Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts for applicable equipment and tasks.
Participate in Vishay UltraSources Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC).
Other tasks as defined

What you will bring along:

High School Diploma required associates degree preferred.
Previous machine shop experience a plus.
Must have good hand-eye coordination endurance for repetitive tasks attention to detail and ability to focus on the task.
Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately both in writing and verbally.
Knowledge of how to use various hands tools
Ability to lift move carry push and pull between up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
Available to work evenings and/or weekend as needed.

Pay Range:

$21-23/hr
