This Electrician Apprentice position is a developmental opportunity designed for individuals with little to no prior experience in industrial electrical work to gain hands on experience from the ground up. The role provides hands-on training and mentorship to build foundational skills with the goal of preparing the apprentice for journey certification attained through the state of Pennsylvania and long-term success in the field.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
Expectation to pursue the requisite certification within two years of commencing employment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
$32 per hour starting rate 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions
