Position Overview
The SOC Operator plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients through centralized monitoring and response operations. This position is responsible for:
Law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
Alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems
Emergency dispatch and response coordination
Incident reporting and analysis
Remote alarm panel programming and monitoring
CCTV and camera monitoring as required
Schedule & Compensation
Overnight shift: 12:00 AM 8:00 AM
Days: Sunday through Thursday
Pay rate: $22.40 per hour
Qualifications
Security experience is required
SOC (Security Operations Center) experience is preferred
Experience in roles such as Dispatch Call Center Representative or Camera Monitoring is a strong plus
Strong communication attention to detail and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
