Job Summary
Job Description
Work under the supervision of an RN and complete the following:
- Medication Administration
- Processing of physician orders
- Assessment of residents during admission transfer discharge and changes in status.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure plan of care is up-to-date and reflective of residents current status
- Follow policies procedures and protocols to ensure residents safety - Follow Infection Control Emergency Response Procedures and other duties as assigned.
