Core responsibilities include patient assessment and reassessment rhythm interpretation telemetry surveillance medication administration IV therapy wound care discharge planning and vigilant safety rounding. Youll lead care coordination for smooth transitions advocate for patient and family education and document with precision in electronic health records to support optimal outcomes.
