HK$39485 to HK$87341 (HGPS point 16 to 33) per month including Monthly Allowance |
|
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff at the end of each 3 years during the 9-year contract period subject to satisfactory performance. |
|
|
Key Responsibilities: |
1. | Assess and counsel patients with dietary or nutritional problems. |
2. | Plan implement and follow-up dietetic therapies as well as evaluate outcome. |
3. | Monitor standards for quality sanitation safety and security in food services for inpatients. |
4. | Provide consultative dietetic services to the health care team. |
5. | Participate in nutrition or dietetic-related projects and research. |
6. | Give lectures on nutrition or dietetic-related topics to other health care professionals patient groups and the community. |
7. | Provide training to students from academic institutions. |

|
Entry Requirements: |
A Masters degree or a post-graduate diploma in a recognized dietetic programme conducted in a local university or equivalent. |
|
|
Preferred Attributes / Exposure: |
1. | Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese. |
2. | Working experience and interest in the local community. |
3. | Good communication skill. |
4. | Empathy. |
5. | Commitment to patient care. |
6. | Leadership. |
