Job Summary
A prestigious Independent School in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated and innovative Design & Technology Teacher to join their successful DT department from February 2026.
About the Role:
A full-time position teaching DT across KS3KS4 contributing to project-based learning maintaining safe workshop environments and participating in wider departmental planning and enrichment.

The school is recognised for excellent behaviour strong SLT support and outstanding DT workshops featuring CAD technology 3D printers specialist tools and experienced technicians.
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a DT/Engineering-related degree
Holds QTS/PGCE
Can teach DT confidently at KS3KS4
Is practical creative and highly organised
Works well within a collaborative DT faculty
