Job Summary
A multinational industrial group specialized in non-ferrous metals is looking to strengthen its commercial team in Germany.
If you enjoy working close to customers numbers and industrial products this opportunity could be a strong fit for you.
Your mission
You will manage and develop a portfolio of industrial customers providing commercial and technical support to grow sales improve margins and strengthen long-term relationships in the German market.
What youll do
Manage a portfolio of industrial customers ensuring high-quality commercial service.
Prepare quotations define prices and calculate margins following up on offers and orders.
Coordinate with logistics warehouse purchasing and quality to ensure reliable supply and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and budget deviations for your assigned accounts and propose corrective actions.
Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of the German market.
Keep customer data commercial actions and opportunities updated in the CRM and internal systems.
Work with fluctuating metal prices and cost structures in a dynamic commodity environment.
What were looking for
Experience in B2B sales inside sales or commercial support in an industrial or technical environment.
Background in industrial distribution metals electrical industry or manufacturing is a strong plus.
Strong commercial and numerical skills with a structured and analytical mindset.
Good command of Excel and Office tools and willingness to learn and work with CRM and internal systems.
Proactive reliable detail-oriented and customer-focused.
Languages: German (fluent or native) English (working level). Spanish is a plus.

Location: Ratingen area (near Düsseldorf) Germany.
Position: Inside Sales / Commercial Support.
