Job Title: Contract Manager
Job Location: Zurich

Main Responsibilities:

• Take charge of management and operations from aspects including profitability/commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customers
• Design commercial solutions reply to commercial bids or draft contracts
• Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation and establish partnerships with customers medium-level managers
• Take part in SDT (Sales Decision-making Team) operations management and participate in the reviews of and support decision-making on regional-level key complex projects
• Organize all the functions to identify risk and develop risk mitigation plan in pre-sales phase manage the risk and dispute during fulfillment phase
• Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimize the process in accordance with business and internal control requirement
• Tracking analysis administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance identify and manage the change opportunity during the contract fulfillment phase

Requirements:

• Recently graduated (2024/2025) with a Bachelor or higher degree in Law or International Trading
• Self-Starter strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills
• High flexibility able to manage multiple tasks and being target oriented
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse high paced organization
• Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German is required
