Job Summary

Workload: 100% Duration: 12 months

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in business data management and analytics Join Axpo Solutions AG as an intern in our Business Data Management Team and contribute to shaping the future of energy in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

What you will do:

Set up new counterparties including creation validation of data and documents KYC checks and managing counterparty documentation.
Perform annual VAT checks with internal and external stakeholders.
Update and maintain counterparty information in the master data system.
Organize and maintain contractual documentation systematically and chronologically both physically and electronically in line with company guidelines.
Manage central contracts related to Trading Scheduling and Regulatory Reporting.
Provide KYC information to exchanges and brokers upon request.
Coordinate processes and ensure the flow of information to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency within the department.
Support internal and external projects in collaboration with business experts.

What you bring & who you are:

University degree (Bachelor Master or higher) in Business Administration Data Science Information Systems or a related field.
Ideally 12 years of experience in a Business Administration role; relevant training will be provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
A team player with perseverance and the ability to multi-task.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset and excellent conceptual and communication skills.
Self-motivated curious and eager to learn new tools and analytical techniques.
