Job Summary
CK Group is recruiting for a Formulation Chemist to join a well established pharmaceutical company manufacturing medicinal products. This role is basedat their site in Kempston.
Key duties will include:

- Design plan and development of robust formulations based on the project brief.
- Fully and accurately document all research and development activities.
- Hands-on involvement in pilot plant and laboratory operations.
- Completion of routine operational and GMP activities.
- Work collaboratively within the team environment to find solutions to problems related to both supporting and troubleshooting existing and new product development.
- Bachelors degree or higher in cosmetic or pharmaceutical sciences.
- Experience in formulation development of skincare or personal care.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic/pharmaceutical ingredients and their interactions.
- Familiarity with cosmetic medicinal or medical device regulations.
- Passion for continuous learning and a growth mindset.
- Excellent report writing skills.
