Job Description:
Lead business process analysis for Ratings Operations initiatives to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Partner with analysts operations managers and technology teams to streamline case management SLAs and controls.
Analyze current vs. target processes identify gaps and define KPIs for performance measurement.
Coordinate cross-team delivery manage dependencies and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cutover planning and hypercare support for successful implementation.
Maintain proactive stakeholder communication and provide timely updates on progress and issues.
Support issue triage and resolution to ensure smooth operations post-deployment.
Document processes requirements and workflows with precision for audit and compliance readiness.
Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for backlog management and delivery optimization.
Ensure adherence to SLAs regulatory controls and compliance standards in a regulated environment.
Utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog tracking collaboration and documentation.
Support KPI tracking and reporting through BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI (nice to have).
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across business and technology teams.
Ensure compliance with security privacy and change-management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Measure success through backlog clarity sprint predictability UAT sign-offs and stakeholder satisfaction within the first 90 days
