Job Summary

As an Lead IBM ODM Developer you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Experience: - 8 Years

Location: - Brentwood TN (Day1 Onsite) - Hybrid

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

Java ODM or Experience in Rules engine Java 8 ODM Spring boot Spring core Hibernate Microservices

Good to have skills: -

Experience with Kafka Elastic search Jenkins GIT JiRa

Responsibilities: -

Good understanding of US HC especially on RCM (revenue cycle management) clinicals (medications orders labs etc.)
Should have a working experience in Agile methodology
Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills) demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to plan/track tasks/activities.
Technical leadership and mentoring.
Excellent team player with strong communication inter-personal presentation skills.
Experience in working with multi-location and offshore teams.
