Job Summary
PCU RN100 MILE RADIUS RULE12hr Nights - weekend holiday and call required7p-7:30a13 weeksGraduate from an accredited School of critical care experience have a current RN must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment. New travelers will not be a thorough knowledge of nursing principles ability to provide quality patient care and ability to assess patients needs e.g. clinical teaching mental and recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts or move patients in a safe be able to function well in stressful situations and have good creative problem-solving leadership skills with ability to prioritize and be required to assume duties as a charge interpersonal organizational written and verbal communication skills NYS RN and IV contrast certification care course or successful completion of challenge exam within orientation lethal dysrhythmia within six months of employment and NIHSS certification within the first 6 months of Samaritan employees have to be gone at least 2 years and be eligible for rehire to be considered.
