Job Summary
Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function. Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills including but not limited to therapeutic exercise neuromuscular re-education physical modalities gait training and manual techniques. Our therapists demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care.
Our outpatient setting provides care to general orthopedics vestibular and balance patients as well as some neuro clients. We focus on individualized functional care seeing only one patient at a time.

Requirement description :
- 1 years of PT Experience - REQUIRED
- Strong Customer Service with a focus on one-on-one care - Required
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the speciality (Physical Therapy) - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active Illinois/IL Physical Therapist License - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
- Active American Heart Association BLS - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
