SAP EAM / PM Consultant

Enterprise Asset Management

DURATION: 12mo
Location: Pittsburgh PA (REMOTE)
VISA: USC GC

Job Description:

SAP EAM client engagements in the design and implementations
Collaborate with clients and team members to gather business requirements and help translate them into system designs and technical specifications.
Build positive working relationships with clients by contributing to the development of business requirements and functional designs.
Configuration & Development: Setup / customize SAP EAM/PM functionalities (e.g. maintenance plans work orders inspection checklists flexible workflows).
Process Design: Oversee end-to-end process design ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.
Integration: Collaborate with teams for seamless integration with SAP MM FI/CO PP) & 3^rd party systems.
Project Lifecycle: Participate in full lifecycle implementations including blueprinting testing (unit integration UAT) data migration and cutover.
Support & Training: Troubleshoot issues provide functional guidance create documentation and train end-users.
Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements identify gaps and propose innovative solutions for operational excellence.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Strong functional SAP EAM/PM S/4HANA experience in full lifecycle implementations.
Technical Skills: Strong SAP EAM/PM integration points and

SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN) or Digital Twin tech.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication leadership stakeholder management problem-solving and teamwork.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of asset-intensive industries (Utilities or Oil/Gas industry experience is a must !!
