Job Summary
Valley View is offering an exciting opportunity for a traveling Medical Lab Scientist (Technologist) or Technician to join our Laboratory team! In this role you ll collect and receive specimens for testing carry out chemical microscopic bacteriologic and other medical laboratory tests and operate both manual and automated lab equipment to analyze specimens. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MICROBIOLOGY AND MEDITECH EXPERIENCE Great schedule! 4-10s Weekdays no weekends no call. Requirements: Medical Technician (ASCP): Associate degree Current Medical Technician Registration by ASCP or AMT Medical Lab Scientist (Technologist) (ASCP): Bachelors Degree Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Two (2) year experience as a Medical Lab Scientist (Technologist)/Technician required.
