Our client is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to support growth across the Minnesota / Twin Cities territory. This is a full-time field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys being in front of customers building trust and delivering real solutions that improve performance.
This is not high-volume transactional sales. Its relationship-driven selling built on consistency problem-solving and follow-through.

Key ResponsibilitiesSpend time in the field meeting customers at their facilities
Build strong relationships with operators managers and business owners
Prospect new accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships
Identify customer bottlenecks and recommend effective solutions
Coordinate quotes orders and follow-ups with internal teams
Track activity opportunities and pipeline in the CRM
Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Strong communication skills with reliable follow-through
Experience in industrial distribution machining MRO manufacturing or metalworking
Familiarity with cutting tools blades abrasives PPE or shop consumables
CRM experience
