Summary:
Support supply chain management and logistics operational/sustainment efforts at a remote work site.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse manage inventory coordinate distribution and identify potential gaps in support operations.
Collaborate closely with the Logistics Manager Asset Managers Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and F-15EX Program Management to ensure smooth functioning of all logistics activities.
Selected candidate may be required to travel to another location for on-the-job training (OJT).
Perform on-site supply chain management and logistics activities to support operations.
Assist in maintaining and managing the site warehouse (safe clean organized) including:
Shipping receiving issuing storage control and reconciliation
Technical research and customer support for F-15EX unique materiel repairs and Support Equipment (SE)
Operate and maintain Supply Systems (GOLDesp TAV WOW COPPR BOSS etc.)
Support the removal of obsolete inventory and issuance of required components to delivery points
Receive retrograde of unserviceable/repairable components including packing and shipment
Perform records management tasks and maintain accurate documentation
Implement and maintain logistics procedures according to customer requirements
Conduct inventory and asset management for STE spares bench stock and site needs
Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Home Office as needed
Research identify and resolve customer supply support system inventory discrepancies
Monitor logistics system performance collect supply data evaluate procedures perform analysis and document trends
Solicit customer feedback and assist in taking action to improve satisfaction
Support management of field office resources and maintain company presence
Assist in preparing company reports
Assess and verify customer requirements and requests
Coordinate with support organizations to resolve logistics issues
Assist in developing and maintaining procurement specifications and standards
Support procurement processes for maintenance tools services products and site needs
Provide support in developing and conducting ad hoc training
Work under the guidance and supervision of the Logistics Manager
Requirements:
U.S. Secret Clearance required
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelors) and 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Masters 4 years 10 years related work experience).
Minimum 5 years of Aviation Supply Chain experience
Minimum 5 years of Inventory Management & Accountability experience
Minimum 5 years of PHS&T experience (Packaging Handling Shipping & Transportation of aircraft parts)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance
Willingness to support flexible shift requirements based on USAF flying schedule
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Previous experience with U.S. Air Force Supply logistics
