Scotiabank is seeking a high-impact commercially driven Director & Head of Consumer Industrial & Retail (CIR) to lead and grow its Corporate Banking franchise across Europe.

This is a rare opportunity to take full strategic ownership of a key regional platform lead major global client relationships and shape the future of the banks Consumer Industrial & Retail business across the region.

You will be responsible for:
Setting and executing the European CIR strategy
Leading a portfolio of large multi-regional corporate clients
Driving revenue growth asset growth and profitability
Building and inspiring a high-performing client-centric team
Partnering with global product risk and regional leadership teams
Representing the bank at senior client and regulatory level

This role offers genuine influence visibility and scale - ideal for an established corporate banking leader ready to step into a platform role with real autonomy and impact.

We are looking for:
A proven leader in Corporate Banking
Strong experience across Consumer Industrial or Retail sectors
A track record of building client franchises and leading complex transactions
The credibility and confidence to operate at board C-suite and regulator level
A passion for building teams developing talent and growing businesses
