Employment Opportunity: Physical Therapist Needed to work in Long Term Care Facilities

Location: Denver Metro Area

Pay Rate: Up to $46.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
Current Colorado PT or compact License in good standing

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients mobility and quality of life.
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Current Colorado PT or Compact License in good standing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
