Job Title: SAP (FICO) SME

Job Location: Bangalore

Core Purpose of the Role : Working as FICO Subject matter expert

Role Accountabilities

• Provide SAP FICO subject matter expertise.
• Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and Business requirements.
• Model business processes in FICO related areas using prior implementation experience.
• Work closely with the SAP project team in documenting configuring and implementing the FICO module correctly. Also provide support for Master Data Management custom transactions or 3rd party interfaces.
• Working closely with end users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP.
• Ensure that all Project tasks are completed on time and in accordance with the Project scope & requirements.
• Responsible for imparting the end user training.

Specific requirements for this role

Experienced in SAP FICO module with GL AP AR AM Bank CO CEL CCA PCA and interfaces.

Experienceed in End to End overall SAP implementation is desired. Finance Background with sound knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes is a must.

Skills and Capabilities

• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in area of SAP CO Module with GL AP AR AM Bank CO CEL CCA PCA and interfaces.
• Should possess strong knowledge in the areas of Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders COPA Product Costing Material Ledger Transfer Pricing Group Validation etc.
• Proficient with configuration aspect on SAP on above mentioned areas.
• Strong understanding of Integration with other modules (MM/PS/SD/PP)
• Should possess strong skills in functional requirement gathering / fit-gap analysis master data setup end user support and documentation.
• Should have experience on monthly and year end closing activities.
• A thorough knowledge of different SAP products is necessary how they operate and how they are useful for the company.
• Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working both independently (Individual Contributor) and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Experience with report writer and report painter on SAP

1. Education :

Preferably ICWA in Accounting & Finance with relevant industry experience with at least three end to end implementation experience: MBA/ Mcom postgraduate
