Cerchiamo unMechanical Completion Supervisoresperto per supportare le attività di mechanical completion in un progetto Oil & Gas presso la sede di San Donato Milanese. La posizione è atempo determinato per 12 mesi con possibilità di proroga.
Il candidato avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare e coordinare tutte le fasi di completamento meccanico garantendo il rispetto degli standard di qualità sicurezza e tempistiche contrattuali.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ
- Supervisione delle attività di mechanical completionsecondo le specifiche tecniche e gli standard internazionali (API ASME)
- Coordinamento dei team tecnicie dei fornitori durante le fasi di completamento
- Controllo qualitàsu tutte le operazioni di assemblaggio testing e commissioning
- Gestione della documentazione tecnicae della conformità normativa
- Reporting giornaliero/settimanalesullo stato di avanzamento dei lavori
- Identificazione e risoluzione di non-conformitàtecniche
- Interfaccia con Engineering Procurement e Project Managementper allineamento progettuale
- Assicurazione della conformitàalle norme HSE (Health Safety & Environment)
- Supporto alle attività di commissioninge handover finale
PROFILO RICERCATO
Requisiti Essenziali:
- Esperienza minima 8-10 anniin mechanical completion in progetti Oil & Gas (onshore/offshore)
- Formazione tecnica: Diploma di Perito Meccanico o Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Industriale
- Conoscenza approfonditadi:
- Sistemi di piping valvole e strumentazione
- Procedure di testing (pressure test leak test FAT)
- Standard internazionali (API 570 API 579 ASME)
- Software di gestione progetti e CAD (P6 SAP AutoCAD)
- Esperienza in cantierecon supervisione diretta di team tecnici
- Eccellente conoscenza dellinglesetecnico (parlato e scritto)
- Patente di guidacategoria B
Requisiti Preferenziali:
- Esperienza in progetti di grande scala (CAPEX >100M)
- Background in commissioning e startup
- Conoscenza di sistemi SCADA e automazione industriale
- Esperienza con contractor internazionali
- Certificazione ISO 9001 ISO 14001 OHSAS 18001
