DescriptionWe are looking for an Industrial Engineering intern to support process improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering who are passionate about efficiency workflow optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency quality and cost.
Collect and interpret data related to workflow material handling and equipment utilization.
Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects.
Create and update process documentation time studies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and process mapping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with CAD or simulation software is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Learning Opportunities

Exposure to lean principles Six Sigma methodologies and industrial engineering best practices.
