What Youll Do
Answer inbound calls texts and internet inquiries with a friendly professional approach
Make outbound calls to potential customersdont worry well provide the leads!
Follow up with customers who have shown interest in a vehicle but havent taken the plunge yet
Assist the sales team by setting appointments and keeping our CRM (customer management system) in tip-top shape
Be a key part of our customer experience making sure everyone who contacts us feels heard and valued
What Were Looking For
Someone with strong communication skillsyou can keep a convo flowing effortlessly
A friendly confident voice that makes people want to keep talking
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (calls emails chatsyou got this!)
Previous experience in a call center sales or customer service is a plus but not required
Comfortable making outbound callswell train you on everything else
