Job Summary

R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is hiring an Associate Dentist

The mission-oriented practice seeks an Associate Dentist. A large multi-practice organization with a strong mission to provide quality dental care to underserved families is seeking General Dentist.
As a Dentist you will be changing the lives of children and adults who often do not have access to affordable quality dental care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental services with full support from a trained clinical team.
Utilize DentaPro software digital x-rays and Panorex units.
Perform procedures using fiber-optic handpieces and follow OSHA HIPAA and emergency management standards.
Manage a patient base primarily ages 321 with up to 30% adults depending on location.
Maintain office flow of 1012 operative patients and 2025 hygiene patients daily.
Treat patients covered by state insurance plans PPO and out-of-network payors.
Participate in ongoing mentoring and collaboration for clinical development.

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
Current and valid dental license (or eligibility) in the practicing state
Required certifications: CPR DEA others as applicable
Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA MS DC TX MA)
Demonstrated compassion and commitment to providing quality dental care to both children and adults
