Call Center Representative

Infinity Replacement is our dedicated window and door replacement business bringing Marvins legacy of quality directly to homeowners. Through a direct-to-consumer model we deliver premium fiberglass products personalized in-home consultations and professional installationmaking the window replacement process simple seamless and satisfying.

Are you a people person who thrives on connecting with others solving problems and creating positive customer experiences Were looking for a driven and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to support our Marvin Replacement this role youll be the first point of contact for potential customersguiding them toward the right solutions and setting the stage for successful sales appointments.

• Engage with potential customers via phone text email and web chat to understand their needs
• Educate prospects on our products and services and assess if were the right fit
• Follow up with leads to keep conversations moving toward appointments
• Use standardized scripts and vetting criteria to capture all key information
• Analyze past interactions and take steps to reschedule missed appointments
• Accurately input customer details and project information into Salesforce
• Refer leads we cant serve to our trusted business partners
• Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour pay based on experience

Schedule

• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
• Shifts include (but are not limited to):
  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a call center type of environment is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
