Pulmonologist Critical Care Focus
Bartow Regional Medical Center Bartow Florida
BayCare Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonologist with a strong focus in Critical Care Medicine to provide dedicated ICU coverage at Bartow Regional Medical Center in Bartow Florida. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys an inpatient-focused practice meaningful collaboration with hospital-based teams and the opportunity to support high-acuity patient care in a growing community hospital setting.
The physician in this role will provide comprehensive critical care services within the ICU for hospitalized patients. The practice environment emphasizes teamwork quality outcomes and patient-centered care.
Position Highlights include:
Primary responsibility is ICU coverage at Bartow Regional Medical Center
Participation in multidisciplinary rounds and coordinated care planning
Supportive physician-led organizational culture with engaged hospital leadership
Bartow Regional Medical Center is a 72-bed acute care hospital serving Polk County and the surrounding Central Florida region. Qualifications
Candidate Qualifications:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine
Completion of an accredited Pulmonary & Critical Care fellowship
Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative practice
