What You Will Be Doing

• Champion coach and motivate a diverse logistics team to exceed performance targets.
• Build a culture of growth through succession planning and multiskilled development.
• Take full ownership of stock control supplier relationships and global coordination.
• Use data and insight to solve problems streamline processes and drive scalable improvements.
• Partner with internal teams suppliers and clients to deliver outstanding service.

What You Will Bring

• Proven leadership experience in logistics supply chain or regulated operations.
• A natural ability to energise influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and confident problemsolving skills.
• Experience managing stock suppliers and workflow in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and modern digital tools.
