You will be responsible for managing budgets coordinating with contractors and consultants ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering projects on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership problem-solving skills and technical expertise to drive the successful execution of M&E projects that enhance our real estate ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionOversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to project scope budget and detailed project plans schedules and budgets ensuring resource allocation and risk project progress provide status reports and address any deviations from the procurement processes including supplier negotiations and contract continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project Coordination & ComplianceCoordinate with clients contractors and stakeholders to define project objectives and on-site work ensuring compliance with safety standards quality regulations and company compliance with local building codes environmental regulations and industry best and present reports to senior management and clients on project performance and & Team DevelopmentLead and mentor project teams ensuring effective communication and performance a collaborative work environment to optimize team efficiency and project degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Project Management or a related of 3 years of experience in M&E project understanding of mechanical and electrical systems including regulatory in project management software and leadership communication and problem-solving to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Culture & BenefitsAt Strategic Group were committed to helping you build a career youre excited about.
