Maintains Departmental Budget makes recommendations for budget cycle forecasts spending and provides recommendations and feedback for budget department directors with order status and verification of technical asset departmental and routes all incoming calls for the department or takes and logs incoming correspondence such as mail email or facsimiles and distributes documents into work processes by classifying each document with unique identification other duties as ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory and RequirementsTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
