Job Summary
Army Music WO1 Reserves will be the principal point of contact between Army Reserve Bands and RCAM advising and liaising with HQ RCAM and the Corps Col on policy Ops recruiting and other aspects common to both Reg and Res Army Music
Responsibilities:
1. Champion and exemplar of the ALC Values and Standards EDI and the military discipline system across Army Reserve Music.
2. Advise Corps Colonel and HQ RCAM on all ARB and Army Reserve matters.
3. Accompany HQ RCAM staff on ARB / unit visits.
4. Represent Army Reserve Music at Army SM & Fd Army SM (Res) meetings.
5. Liaison with ARBs on all Army Music matters in conjunction with RCAM RDOMs
6. Coordinate ARB assurance in conjunction with Army Music Assurance WO.
7. Coordinate Res2Reg and Reg2Res recruiting and WF requirements.
8. Coordinate Army Reserve Music WLD Mil / Ops trg ALDP.
This post currently carries up to 44 RSDs per TY which includes both occasional weekday and weekend commitment. Whilst based in HQ RCAM (Gibraltar Bks Minley) the role requires national travel to visit units across Army Reserve Music. Hybrid working facilitated if role holder has MODNet laptop.
