About the role:
This role oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of 4 Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites based in Gladstone. This roles ideal applicant would be someone that is a hands-on leader that is a values and purpose driven with leadership style that promotes honest and integrity in your work and can do this autonomously.
As a local leader you will have a new vision and understand of the NDIS with the growth mindset for the Endeavour portfolio within the Gladstone region. The Team leader be the driving force behind a service thats truly person-centred. As a trusted leader you will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clients staff and quality of service in our home facilities.

Day to day Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework
- Identify and highlight growth opportunities through client interactions.
- Review rosters leave timesheets and performance of Support Workers
- Foster a supportive and respectful community-centric environment incorporating the interests of families & guardians
- Ensure team members are fully trained and aware of individual client requirements taking accountability for staff compliance
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in human services or equivalent tertiary education is desirable.
- At least 3 years experience working in leadership roles
- Strong background in disability and with NDIS experience
- Hold NDIS Yellow Card Blue Card Police check and Drivers Licence
