What we are looking for:

Were seeking an energetic library leader who thrives on people service excellence and making every branch experience exceptional.

What your day will look like:

• Plan and organise Circulation Services branch rosters and operations for the Maryborough Tiaro Howard and Burrum Heads libraries
• Coordination of branch library procedures and maintenance.
• Lead branch library team including casual cohort in provision of exceptional library customer service across the region.
• Monitoring Circulation Services technologies and equipment at branches

What youll need for success:

• Qualified Librarian (AQF Level 7 or above) with eligibility for associate membership of the Australian Library and Information Association.
• Relevant work experience in a public library environment including supervision of staff.
• Relevant experience in public library customer service delivery including associated circulation technology and equipment.
• Current Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain one.

Whats nice to have:

• Experience in a public library multi-branch environment preferably with public library experience in customer services and branch operations.
