This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining quality assurance procedures monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Essential Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:The Records Management Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy across our records management processes. The primary responsibilities of this role include:Establish and maintain procedures for adhering to performance metrics and SOPsCreate and update workflow diagrams to identify quality control checkpointsIdentify quality issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and outcomesSubmit quality control reports verifying the accuracy of data entry activitiesInspect worksites to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standardsProofread documentation and graphics for accuracy and adherence to original contentProvide quality control checking for documents received from copying and word processingWork with limited supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teamsRequirementsEducation:High school educationMinimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and controlWork Experience Knowledge Skills & Abilities:Understanding of quality assurance principles and best practicesAbility to establish and maintain quality assurance procedures and performance metricsExperience in creating and updating workflow diagrams and process documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency in data analysis and reportingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionCollaboration and problem-solving skillsAbility to obtain a Public TrustDesired Skills and Competencies:Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP CAPM) or Quality Processes and Systems (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)Experience in a records management or document management environmentKnowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g. NARA ARMA)Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and records management softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsContinuous improvement mindset and commitment to process optimizationOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
