Who Were Looking For

We are hiring a Production Supervisor Ito lead second-shift manufacturing operations at a Los Angeles facility 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. This hands-on role is well suited for someone early in their leadership career who thrives in a fast-paced high-ownership environment. The role reports into senior production leadership and is accountable for daily execution and production targets.

Core Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of production technicians on second shift
Organize assign and track daily work against production schedules
Monitor safety quality timekeeping and shop standards
Partner with engineering and production leadership to align on priorities and timelines
Support hiring onboarding training and performance feedback for technicians
Maintain tooling and consumable inventory for the shift
Identify opportunities to improve safety efficiency and workflow

Details:

Basic Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Prior experience leading a team shift or project
Willingness to work hands-on when needed
Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in real time
Availability to work 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
Composite manufacturing experience
Aerospace background strongly preferred
