Reporting to the PMO Manager the Project Manager will provide leadership and coordination of project management functions for various divisions including transportation consumer goods life sciences and this integral and highly visible role the incumbent will work directly with the applications department customers and project team to direct project scope and ensure profitability goals are met on time and on Youll Be Doing:Oversee and manage project schedules ensuring optimal resource allocation across project teamsMonitor project scope and communicate changes effectively to project teams ensuring alignment with contract modificationsCollaborate with customers and project teams to create and maintain project schedules ensuring timely deliveryDevelop manage and monitor project budgets ensuring that profitability targets are consistently metWork closely with applications and department managers to review new projects allocating appropriate budgets and resourcesWhat Were Looking For:An educational background in Engineering or a related disciplineAt least 7 years of experience in a project management role within the nuclear industryKnowledge of structuring resource planning managing budgets and revenue expectationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an We Offer:Reimbursement for tuition and professional duesThree weeks of vacation and three paid personal days (to start)RRSP matching programFree snack programWhy Join Us:Here at Eclipse Automation creation and innovation are at our core and our culture reflects that.
