A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop solid and enduring relationships with client team members
• Understand implications of clients culture and uses this to be more effective from day to day
• Works independently with limited supervision and delivers workstreams or smaller consulting projects
• Crafts communications for different audiences with little guidance; communicates findings logically and with appropriate level of detail
• Independently manages issues; pulls in help from senior colleagues if needed
• Coaches MDT (Medtronic) and client team members when appropriate; provides upward feedback when solicited; communicates development needs and is open to coaching from others
• Identify and build new services and solutions that enable clients to improve outcomes and reduce costs of delivering care

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Masters degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Management Business Administration Public Health or equivalent); international education is an advantage
• Fluency in French and Arabic is essential; English is highly desirable (additional languages are a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting firms or healthcare advisory roles preferably with exposure to hospitals clinics or healthcare institutions in Morocco or the MENA region.
• Solid experience working with hospital leadership including medical directors chief physicians and department heads within the Moroccan healthcare system (public and/or private)
• Strong project management capabilities including planning coordination stakeholder communication risk management problem-solving data analysing interpreting and delivery of measurable outcomes
• Strong business acumen and understanding of healthcare decision-making processes in Morocco with the ability to link strategic consulting insights to commercial and operational healthcare development
• Experience in Lean and Six Sigma concepts nice to have
