Position Highlights

The QA Engineer in a multinational scientific company will be responsible for ensuring that products processes and systems meet strict quality regulatory and customer requirements in highly regulated environments. The role is deeply integrated into product development validation manufacturing and change management with strong alignment to GxP ISO and FDA regulations.

The QA Engineer will act as independent quality authority partnering closely with R&D Manufacturing Validation Engineering and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance while enabling innovation.

Main responsibilities:

Responsible to ensure the required quality level in the following areas:
New product development projects (e.g. design for manufacturability (DFM))
Statistical process control (SPC)
Design validation and process validation tests (DVT/PVT)
Critical to quality (CTQ) characteristics.
Support to create a traceability matrix for product requirements
Support for Verification & Validation activities as well as signing of the V&V plan and report
Assess risks associated with new product features and prioritize testing efforts accordingly.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools and methodologies
Act as the quality representative in cross-functional project teams ensuring alignment between product requirements manufacturing capability and customer expectations
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
Define maintain and continuously improve quality assurance plans procedures and work instructions in line with applicable standards and regulations

Main requirements:

Knowledge and experience with different quality tools like 8D-Report Gage R & R feasibility study FMEA
Risk-based testing skills
More than 5 years of relevant experience in Quality domain
Experience with different standards such as ISO 9001 GxP ISO 31000
Bachelors degree in engineering or life science related field
Fluent English skills both written and verbal
Six Sigma certification would be considered an advantage
