Job Summary

Java Developer
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Summary:
A Java Developer is responsible for building testing and maintaining Java-based enterprise applications. They work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable secure and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop test and maintain Java applications according to specifications.
Translate functional requirements into efficient reusable code.
Debug troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure application quality.
Maintain documentation of designs and code changes.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Optimize performance and scalability.
Implement security best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies.
Mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-5 years of Java development experience.
Proficiency in Core Java Spring Hibernate.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.

Preferred Skills/Duties:

Familiarity with AWS Azure or GCP.
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
Knowledge of microservices and Docker/Kubernetes.
Experience with Git or SVN.
