Job Overview:

The Dynatrace Implementation Engineer is responsible for deploying configuring and maintaining Dynatrace solutions to ensure optimal performance and visibility into applications and infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of monitoring and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Dynatrace Architecture:

• Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure Teams
• Design Scalable and Resilient Monitoring Solutions
• Deploy and Configure Dynatrace Across Diverse Environments
• Integrate Dynatrace with Existing Systems and Applications
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Performance Optimization
• Document Architecture Configurations and Troubleshooting Procedures
• Deliver Training and Enablement Sessions
• Ensure Compliance with Security and Governance Standards
• Support Continuous Improvement and Innovation
• Participate in Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
  • experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting.
  • Strong background in application performance monitoring and management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and container technologies (Docker Kubernetes).
  • Extensive background and experience in deploying and managing across complex global environments.
