About the Job
Talent Acquisition Assistant supports Talent Acquisition Specialists and all other colleagues in TA team in all assigned tasks related to end-to-end recruitment process for the hiring of Akkodis staff for sourcing quality professionals within agreed time scales and targets. The Talent Acquisition Assistant reports directly to the Team Leader is responsible for accurate administration related to Talent Acquisition department.
Day-to-date Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the staffing goals across all levels within multiple projects and to form a positive recruitment experience
- Administer recruitment applicant tracking system
- Create and update candidates profiles
- Create and update Sourcing tracker pool
- Data entry and data maintenance of incoming application documents
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Dutch both verbal and written min B2
- Good English skills min B2
- Keen interest in the Recruitment filed
- Ability to multitask plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Flexible self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Computer literacy (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
