These individuals combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions.In product management you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business user experience and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production release and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a products lifecycle including modifications upgrades maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products it also includes commercialization go-to-market planning sales and other key business support activities.
Growing as a strategic advisor you leverage your influence expertise and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy you apply sound judgment recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity ask thoughtful questions and clearly communicate how things fit together. Your ability to develop and sustain high performing diverse and inclusive teams and your commitment to excellence contributes to the success of our Firm.
